As everyone knows it was a very fast paced and strong year in real estate throughout Waterloo Region in 2017.  Even with the implementation of the stress test, it helped slow down the market briefly, but the effect was more psychological than anything.  Lately, we have been back to a very active and competitive market.  Low inventory and high demand with more people moving from the GTA to Waterloo Region keep prices strong and does not take long to sell. I believe we are going to see a strong Spring market ahead of us and leading up to it.
